In fact a 60% chance the Republicans will win the necessary six seats to take control of the Senate, with a 30% chance of acquiring 11 seats. Either way, former statistician believes the 2014 will be a win for the Republicans.

Ever since fluoride was suggested to be added into the public drinking water, controversy erupted. Will it really help health teeth? Does it harm the human body? These questions are still being debated today. However, a new study may provide additional ammo for the non-fluoride crowd. The study performed in 2006 identified 6 additional neurotoxicants as the main cause of neurodevelopmental disabilities. One of the neurotoxin was identified as fluoride. Will this new study help remove water fluoridation?

Fluoridation in the public water supply became official policy in by 1951. By 2006, 69.2% of the population in is provided fluoridated water. According to the 2010 Water Fluoridation statistics, total population being fluoridated is 204,283,554 out of 308,745,538. That is a 66.2 %, a drop from 2006. Mother-Daughter Altercation Leads Police to Kill the Father

A family of three went to the movies, and enjoyed the evening. After the movies the mother and daughter argued, and the mother slapped her daughter. The husband attempted to calm his wife down. That is when the police came onto the scene and grabbed the husband and beat him to death.
Mrs. Nair Rodriguez and her family went to the movies on February 15. After the movie the mother-daughter disagreement outside , led the mother to slap the 19-year old daughter. The mother headed toward her family car, when police arrived on the scene.
Rather than questioning the situation, it was the father Luis the five police jumped, pepper sprayed, and beat to the ground. While the beating continued, Luis remained pinned on the ground, unable to get up.
“Five guys got on top of him, beating him ruthlessly. On the head– just pow, pow, pow. Even with knees,” Luis’ daughter explained. “When they flipped him over you could see all the blood.”
The wife, Nair, was shocked of the occurrence and whipped out her phone to record the incident. You can hear pleading to the officers to stop, asking if they killed him.
“Luis! Luis!” Please somebody tell me that he is alive,” she implored. “He is not moving,” she screams.

When the wife demanded why they pinned her husband down and attacked him, the police replied, “he refused to give his .”
The husband died shortly later in the hospital, due to the incident. The family’s attorney Michael Brooks-Jimenez has stated it is unclear why the police jumped the father, since the altercation was between the mother and daughter.
“Luis committed no crime. He was not armed. He had no gun, no knife, and no weapon of any kind. But Luis is the one who lost his life that night,” he said.
Police have stated their actions were protocol. [Beating a man down for no id is protocol?] Three of the five police officers have been suspended with pay while the Oklahoma Bureau of Investigation continues the investigation.

is on a roll. He was given a standing ovation in his speech. Recently, he sat down with ABC’s . During the interview he was again blunt about the issues of Congress and Obamacare.
During the discussion, the reporter honed in on ’ statement that “Obamacare will destroy .”
Cruz immediately focused on the current President’s weakness. Citing specifically that has “abandoned our friends” while “coddling our enemies.” If nothing else, Ted Cruz does not hold back his feelings toward the current issues, even reminding the public of the murders with no retribution from this administration.
When questioned about what Cruz would do differently, he immediately said, “Let’s rewind” and then stated, “don’t demonstrate weakness for 5 years.”
Cruz’s view on foreign policy does contrast with , another known Tea Party member. What is impressive is Cruz’ ability to attack the Old Republican members as well as across the aisle. The fight is not against parties for this Senator, but against ideology. Those in the Republican party do not agree on everything. If they show weakness in being liberal minded, or flip flopping on issues, Cruz will take them on.

Edie Sundby- has stage 4 cancer and lost her insurance coverage
The op-ed from provided a story with a Stage 4 cancer patient, losing her health insurance due to the Obamacare (Affordable Care Act). This is not the only horror story about Americans losing their insurance, unable to acquire another form of insurance due to the issues of healthcare exchanges. As these stories unfold, you have Harry Reid coming out on the floor calling all these stories lies. Is Edie Sundby just another liar?
Edie Sundby is only one of 900,000 losing their insurance plans, due to the Obamacare regulations. Obamacare requires specific regulations and if these regulations are not met, then insurance companies are forced to drop those policies.
Sundby’s experience mirrors many others. She was forced to either choose a government heath exchange and lose access to her cancer doctors or choose insurance outside of the exchange. The insurance outside of the exchange cost an average 40% to 50% more. Many will not have that privilege due to the high cost.
After four weeks of research, Sundby still does not have an affordable health care and time is running out. Discussing directly with government exchange counselors, insurance companies, and other medical providers one conclusion remains; everyone remains confused.
The Blame Game
To combat the article and story, left-wing sites are writing up their own articles which attempt to shift the blame to Insurance companies rather than the Obamacare regulations.

It’s the state of Texas versus the (). A new rule was passed by the , banning off-duty police officers from bringing guns into the stadium. This new ruling flies in the face of Texas law, which allows off-duty police officers to carry their weapons and be ready to protect and defend the public.

Ron Pinkston of the Dallas Police Association believes the Texas law is “sensible.”
“Our officers are 24/7, on or off duty, and if they run into a critical incident – they are required to take action” he said. “Our officers will be allowed to carry their weapon into AT&T Stadium and other football stadiums in the State of Texas due to Texas law.”
Considering police officers are always on the job, and should be ready to protect and serve, the Texas law makes sense. Mac Tristan is the president of the Texas Police Association. Tristan said the off-duty officer should make the stadium employees aware to their where-abouts. This informs the stadium employees, while still allowing the officers to be able to “protect and serve.”
“I want a specific plan to know where all of my officers are,” Tristan said.
NFL Stance
According to NFL, only those officers on duty or “specifically assigned to work security at the games, or private security officers contracted for stadium protection” should be allowed to have guns.
The NFL believes their stadiums are already providing adequate security, and does not require off-duty officers to carry firearms.

A family in is under attack. After purchasing their home and land, they have found that the county is threatening to take their land under eminent domain.
Andy and Ceil Barrie found a small century-old cabin with 13,000 and 14,000 panorama foot peaks to be an ideal location. The couple fell in love with the 3-bedroom cabin sitting in a ten-acre parcel within the midst of the
The couple’s cabin is reached by following an old 1.2 mile mining road. The county government is now feigning alarm over the Barries driving their ATV the 1.2 miles to their cabin. The county government first attempted to buy the land, but the Barries were not interested in selling their new home. Now the county government is calling for eminent domain in order to seize the land.
The move obviously shocked the Barries, who have always allowed hikers to travel on their 10-acre parcel of land, and had no intention to “develop.”

Open space “is all it’s ever been,” said Andy Barrie. “I feel like I can’t trust my government.”
The Attorney Jeff Huntley said the county had to act, since the Barries insisted on using their ATV for transportation back and forth to their home. “People in this community are very intent on preserving the back country,” he said.
The Barries originally hiked to the cabin on the old miner’s road and found the home on the 10-acre land to be perfect. Purchasing the century-old cabin and land for $550,000, it came with the ATV, allowing them transportation during the winter.
The U.S. Forest Service informed the Barries they could not use the ATV on the road to access their 10 acres of land. The Barries’ land and cabin floats like an island within the 2.1 million acres of the .
Countering they had a legal right to travel the old road, the Barries challenged the U.S. Forest Service. reached out and attempted to buy their land, but was turned down.
Fake environmental issue
County commissioners then voted to condemn the property, citing the “public motorized access” to the property could damage the alpine tundra and streams. Additionally the county commissioners said the ATV being driven on the miner’s road could damage the habitat for the endangered lynx.
Making matters worse, the county discovered the prior owner had illegally expanded the upper mining cabin by building its second story and deck. The Barries are pursuing legal action against the prior owner, while fighting off the county.
Eminent Domain and the Courts
Eminent domain by definition is, to “take private property for public use by a state or national government.” With the increase in the Federal Government providing “stimulus” money to the states, eminent domain has risen across the nation.

Protests have erupted against the Communist Government in Venezuela and the protesters are being shot in return. Since the media is owned by the government, pictures and news are being released on social networks, providing knowledge of rioters being shot, and how the chaos is unfolding.

President Madura was elected last April following President Hugo Chavez’s death from cancer. Madura had threatened Leopoldo Lopez to be banned to hold political office. Now Madura has issued an arrest warrant, calling Leopold an opposition leader and charging for conspiracy and murder in connection with the clashes.
Organizers said their protest were to denounce “the high cost of living, rising insecurity, and inflation.”
Inflation stands at 56.2%, and is the highest in the world with many basic goods missing from the shelves. Amid stringent price and exchange controls, Venezuela is running out of hard currency to pay foreign suppliers of goods and services.

In a sweeping mass of alleged suicides, a 5th banker has been identified. Ryan Henry Crane has now become the fifth known banker to die in the last few weeks. In the prior four cases of “suicide,” each of the bankers had one thing in common: swaps and derivatives.

23-Year Old Activist Goes On Trial -Occupy Wall Street

Nearly two years has passed since the Occupy Wall Street (OWS) demonstrations. During the incident Cecily McMillan, 23-year old activist, who suffered from broken ribs by NYPD (New York Police Department), has been awaiting trial. McMillan is charged with a felony for elbowing a police officer during the demonstration.
Assault on a police officer is a felony. Prosecutors report Cecily McMillan assaulted a member of the New York Police Department during a March 17, 2012 event in New York City. The event commemorated a six month anniversary of the OWS protest movement.
